4th of July (has it really been almost 4 months?!) in Branson

Wow, I didn't realize it's been soo long since my last post. We have been so busy! Jantz started school again and I started teaching (YAY), which equals not very much time for much else. BUT, I still want to post on our 4th of July because it was really fun! We went with Jantz's family to Branson, MO. I realized a lot of our pictures were just of us haha, even though everyone was with us, so just imagine haha.

 The drive was pretty long, but still fun. We stopped in Kansas City and had some delicious BBQ.

We waited for over an hour to see some fireworks!

We went to Silver Dollar City, which was a lot more fun than we expected. They had some really fun rollercosters :)

We went to dinner at this place that throws rolls. Let's just say the best part of the meal was the rolls.

We went mini golfing on a pirate ship. it was pretty cool.

Jantz and Luis had the crazy idea to do this "Ejection seat". Jantz has wanted to go on one for a long time, so I figure what better time than when someone else wants to go with him! haha. I took a video (which I think I successfully posted after the two pictures).

The Stampede!!!

We went to the Elizabeth Stampede in June with Jantz's family. I got a corn dog and Jantz got a turkey leg for lunch :) We sat at the top of the sketchy bleachers, which was a great view (but a bad day to wear wedges haha). It was really hot, but we got Sonic afterward, which made it a little better.

Parker Days 2013

Wow I really am behind! Parker Days was pretty fun this year. We went to the parade, walked around, then we got Chipotle for Jantz and Wendy's for me, and went home to watch a movie.

Les Miserables

Remember when Jantz bought me tickets to see Les Mis in Denver for Christmas??? Well we finally got to go in May!! Jantz picked me up from work and we went to dinner at Cheesecake, then headed over to the show. I was SO excited! Even though I've seen it three times now, it's still my favorite (and Jantz loves it just as much!)

Goin' to a Rockies game

Wow it's been a long time! We've been so busy!

Last month (or maybe it was two months??) I got some free tickets for a Rockies game, so of course we went! We took Jantz's parents and it was really fun! They lost, but it was still fun to watch, as always.

That one time we went to an Av's game

I was just looking through pictures on Jantz's phone and realized I never blogged about when we went to an Avalanche game back in March. Somehow Jantz has got me liking hockey. And the Av's looked promising at the beginning of the season (that didn't last long...they ended the season pretty much in last place haha, but we still love them). Anyway, we took Jantz's dad for his birthday, and his friend Kevin came along for the fun too. We got free dinner as part of our tickets, which was awesome. We got chicken fingers and fries, and they were actually pretty delicious. Sadly, though, they lost the game. But it was fun watching them play live.
